Barbara Ann Bibby

Barbara Ann Bibby, 71, of Kirbyville passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2026 in Kirbyville. A private Celebration of Life service will be held with family and close friends.

Barbara was born on March 28, 1954 in Batesville, Mississippi to O.C. Rich & Willie Ardell Tutor Allen. Barbara’s passion was floral design. She owned and operated The Gallery in Brookeland and Pineland Flowers and Gifts for many years. She was also an artist, especially her ability to paint using oils and canvas. She cherished her time that was spent painting with her dear friend Linda Henson Horsely at The Treasure Chest. Her talent for all things beautiful was something she enjoyed sharing with others. Spending time with her friends Cheryl Lively, Linda Horsely Henson, and Ginger Christopher was a time she treasured each time they were together. She also loved to watch General Hospital. She never missed an episode and could tell you all the history and happenings that were happening on the show. Most importantly she loved her family, especially her husband Jerry Dexter Bibby, who passed away on November 17, 2013.

She is survived by her son Brian Bibby of Rayburn Country; daughter Delanna Bibby of Kirbyville; grandchildren Dexter and Gabriella; God children Daniel Little and Laura Hebert; a cousin Sig & Sheila Fragstone; as well as several nieces and nephews. She is also survived and preceded in death by numerous family members in the Port Neches and Nederland area.
