Betty Morgan

Betty Morgan, 79, of Jasper, Texas passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2026 in Jasper, Texas. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 16, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at Beulah Springs Missionary Baptist Church with interment to follow at Erin Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the church.

Betty was born on April 28, 1947 in Beaumont, Texas to Warren & Mary Jones. A lifelong resident of the Erin Community and a member of Beulah Springs Missionary Baptist Church; she loved working in the yard, but her first and most important priority was her family. A loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, her family were her world and where they were so was she.

Betty is survived by her sons Greg Morgan & wife Marie of Jasper and Cal Morgan of Jasper; sister Becky Young & husband Larry of Kirbyville and a sister-in-law Sue Jones of Kirbyville; grandchildren Hannah, Nocona, Garrett, Chloe, & Callie; as well as great grandchildren Brate, Jensen, Thomas, & Kara.
