Carrie Gattis

Carrie Gattis, 49, of Center Texas, passed away of August 10, 2024. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. August 22, 2024, at Shultz Funeral Home, Jasper, Texas.

Carrie Lee Gattis was born in Center, Texas to Ronald and Janice Gattis. She grew up in Center and was a resident of White Oak. Carrie was a truck driver for Modern Concrete. She loved her family, the Dallas Cowboys, being outdoors, camping, fishing, and riding 4 wheelers. She is preceded in death by her mother Janice Gattis. She is survived by her father Ronald Gattis of Jasper; daughter Mistie Hargis and husband Carl of Nacogdoches; step daughter Zoe Gilman and husband Dan of White Oak; niece Jade Gattis of White Oak; brother Bodie Gattis of Nacogodoches; sister D’Anne Park and husband John of Austin; grandchild Sloan; and close friend April Kimbrell.
