Christopher Chesson

Christopher “Chris” Chesson, 39, of Jasper passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021 in Allen Park, Michigan. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at Shultz Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. Private burial will be in Zion Hill Cemetery.

Chris, also known as “Sugar Man”, was born on October 27, 1981 in Galveston, Texas to Dianne LeBlanc Chesson and Carl Chesson. A life-long resident of Jasper, he loved deer hunting, riding four wheelers and shooting guns. He is survived by his dad Carl Chesson of Vinton, Louisiana; his mother Dianne Chesson of Jasper; a brother David McDugal of Virginia; and sisters Carla Lynette Chesson of Florida and Victoria Leblanc of Orange.
