David "Dave "Gretencord

David “Dave” Gretencord, 68, of Brookeland passed away in Jasper, on Monday, October 29, 2024. A private ceremony will be held at a later date with friends and family.

Dave was born in Ottawa, Illinois, on December 6, 1955 to Alfred &Margaret Gretencord. He is survived by his wife Diane Gretencord of Brookeland; sons Jeremy Gretencord of San Antonio, Texas; Randy Gretencord and wife Beth of Leggett, Texas; daughter Sunny Banks and husband Jeremiah of Corsicana, Texas; brother Dennis Gretencord and wife Marsha of Ottawa, Illinois; sisters Linda Pate of Leachville, Arkansas, Judy Gretencord of Ottawa, Illinois, Sue Riebe and husband Ed of Ottawa, Illinois; and several grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Alfred and Margaret Gretencord.
