David Shears

David Shears, 59, of Brookeland passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2020 in Tyler, Texas. Private Services were held and public services will be held at a later date.

A native of Ashtabula, Ohio, David was born on November 26, 1960 to Donald &Edith Shears. A pipeline foreman by trade, he moved to the Jasper area in 1994. A lover of the outdoors, he loved hunting, fishing, camping and most of all his family. He is survived by his wife Danielle Shears of Brookeland; brother Robert Shears of Cleveland; sisters Alice Styir of Bryan. Linda Shears of Bryan, Cindy Gray of Waco, Sandra Duffy, Shawna Williamson of Waco and Desiree Scarbrough of Waco; numerous nieces and nephews; and two devoted dogs Oggie &Kirby.
