Dorothy Williams, 90, of Jasper passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2021 in Jasper. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Shultz Funeral Home in Jasper. A private interment will be at Little Hope Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

Dorothy was born on September 23, 1930 in Grayson, Louisiana to Henry &Eloise Joyner. She was a resident of Monroe, Louisiana until moving to Jasper in 1952. She worked as a phone operator for Southwestern Bell for over 20 years. She is survived by her son Bruce Williams &wife Terry of Jasper; brother Ray Joyner of Monroe, Louisiana; sisters Bonnie Burke of Ball, Louisiana and Ollie Pepper of Gonzalez, Louisiana; as well as grandsons Kendall Williams, Reagan Register and Joey Register.
