Ethel McLain, 87, of Jasper passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2021. Ethel was born on July 9, 1933 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Ernest &Viola Verdin. She is survived by her son Oliver M. Blount Jr. of Jasper. She is preceded in death by her husband David McLain. A private Celebration of Life service was held at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Jasper.
