Faye Doris Henry

Faye Henry, 87, of Kirbyville passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025 in Newton, Texas at Shady Acres Health and Rehabilitation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Shultz Funeral Home in Jasper with interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Shultz Funeral Home.

Faye was born on January 17, 1938 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Samuel & Olean Smith. A resident of Jasper for 58 years coming from Coushatta, Louisiana, she was a member of Tanglewood Baptist Church, she loved sitting on the front porch drinking her coffee and just enjoying the outdoors. She is survived by her son Roy Henry & wife Debie of Kirbyville; daughter Ronda Henry of Kirbyville; brothers Merrel La Caze & wife Gail of Waskom, Texas and W.H. LaCaze & wife Donna of Syracuse, New York; sister Agnes Woodall of Sulphur, Louisiana; and grandsons D.J. Henry and Justin Blair. She is preceded in death by husband James H. Henry and son Don Henry.
