George Massey

George Massey, 91, of Jasper passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022 at Rayburn Healthcare and Rehabilitation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Shultz Funeral Home with a private interment at North Baptist Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

George was a native and life-long resident of Jasper. He was born on June 9, 1930 to Henry &Bertie Massey. He retired from the Dr.Pepper &7Up Bottling Company in Jasper, where he was a truckdriver. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Arlene Massey of Jasper; daughter Keitha Matthews &husband Dallas; grandchildren Amber Loggins and Kassie Gaines &husband Justin; as well as great grandchildren Ethan, Blair, and Leddy.
