James Alexander Ebarb

James “Alex” Ebarb, 46, of Jasper passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 in Beaumont, Texas. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Shultz Funeral Home in Jasper. The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.

James Alexander Ebarb was born on August 28, 1978 in Beaumont, Texas to James Donald Ebarb and Bonnie Helton. He was a graduate of Newton High School and proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp. He enjoyed riding horses, swimming, and water skiing. He loved spending time with his family, especially his kids and grandkids. He loved telling people about them because they made him proud. He is survived by his father James Donald Ebarb of Jasper; mother Bonnie Lewis of Woodville; son Ryan Alexander Ebarb of Beaumont; daughter Adalyn Flores of New Orleans, LA; brother James Phillip Ebarb of Jasper; sisters Bridget Hinch & husband Paul of Vidor, Beth Ebarb of Jasper, Crystal Hernandez of Arkansas, and Amber Ebarb of Austin; as well as his grandchildren Atticus, Xander, and A’vih.
