Mike Kent

Mike Kent, 64, of Magnolia Springs passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2021. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at Shultz Funeral Home in Jasper. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Mike was born on September 7, 1956 in Kirbyville, Texas to James &Dorothy Kent. He was a resident of Carthage, New York, prior to moving to Magnolia Springs in 2004. He is survived by his wife of 22 years Sandy Kent of Magnolia Springs; son Bryan Sanders of Magnolia Springs; daughter Mallary Trusty &husband Justin of Georgetown; brothers James Kent &wife Lisa of Savoy, Paul Kent &wife Cay of Magnolia Springs, and Mark Kent &wife Kathy of Jasper; a sister Judy Stringer of Leander; an aunt Ida Martinez of Nederland; grandson Jaxson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
