Nora Mae "Memaw "Parsons

Nora Mae “Memaw” Parsons, 74, of Brookeland passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at her residence. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Shultz Funeral Home in Jasper with interment to follow at Brookeland Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Nora Mae was born on September 28, 1947 in Jasper, Texas to Travis &Viola Ellis Jr. A life-long resident of Brookeland, she loved plants and helping them grow. A loving mother and grandmother she is survived by her daughters Stacy Warner &husband Steven of Brookeland and Amanda Crustner &husband Jerry of Pineland; grandchildren Kyle, Tara, Hannah, Brodey &Brantley; great grandchildren Alaynnah, Hunter &Ivy; as well as granddog Chloe.
