Robert Cheeley

Robert Cheeley, 74, of Jasper passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021 in Beaumont, Texas.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Shultz Funeral Home in Jasper at 10:00 a.m. with interment in the Magnolia Cemetery.  The family will greet friends on Friday evening, August 27, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Robert was born in Atlanta, Georgia on March 6, 1947 to Bomar &Edweaner Cheeley.  He was a resident of Alabama before moving to Jasper nine years ago.  He was a member of Holly Springs Baptist Church and was a veteran of the United States Air Force.  He is survived by his wife Sylvia E. Cheeley of Jasper; sons Jonathan Cheeley &wife Terri of Jasper and Jeffry Cheeley &wife Lisa of Alabama; step-daughter Abby Amdre of Beaumont; step-son Andre Arandia; grandchildren Evan Cheeley &wife Molly, Taylor Cheeley, Will Cheeley &Daniel Cheeley.  Condolences can be posted at www.shultzfuneralhomeofjasper.com
