Sandra Marie Cottongin

Sandra Marie Cottongin, 77, of Jasper, passed away, on Thursday, February 12, 2026. A gathering will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Shultz Funeral Home.

Sandra was born on March 1, 1948 to James and Rachel Wood. She was a resident of Kirbyville for 28 years. She is survived by her sons Travis Cottongin and wife Tessy of Buna, Texas, Johnny Mize of Lubbock, Texas, Randall Cottongin, Sr., of Buna, Texas, Randall Cottongin Jr. and wife Teresa of Kirbyville, Texas, and Glenn Mize and wife Shani of Grpaevine, Texas; daughter Shelly Mize of South Carolina; brothers Ricky Wood of Shepard, Texas and Jimmy Wood and wife Linda of Shepard, Texas; sisters Vickie Nation and husband Terry of Houston, Texas, and Carol Jordan of Houston, Texas; numerous grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Cecil Cottongin and her parents James and Rachel Wood.
